Officers.
On May 12, 2009, Dr. William N. Kelley informed the board of directors of
PolyMedix, Inc. (the "Company") that he would not stand for re-election to the
board of directors of the Company at the Company's 2009 annual meeting of
stockholders to be held on June 30, 2009. Dr. Kelley, who has served as a
director of the Company since November 2005 and also serves on the Compensation
Committee and as chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee,
cited personal reasons and not any disagreement with the Company as the basis
for his decision not to stand for re-election.
