On May 14, 2009, Alternative Asset Management Acquisition Corp. ("AAMAC") filed a Current Report on Form 8-K including an Investor Presentation as Exhibit 99.2.

AAMAC is filing an amendment to the May 14, 2009 Form 8-K to correct an error on slide 24 of the Investor Presentation. No other changes have been made in the Investor Presentation. However, the updated version of the Investor Presentation, attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2, supersedes in its entirety the Exhibit 99.2 filed with the May 14, 2009 Form 8-K.
