On May 12, 2009, Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc.'s (the "Company") Board of Directors declared a dividend of $0.25 per share, representing, on an annualized basis, a dividend of $1.00 per share. The dividend will be paid on July 10, 2009 to shareholders of record on June 26, 2009.
