Camden Property Trust estimates that its Funds From Operations ("FFO"), a widely accepted supplemental measure of REIT performance, will be between $2.87 and $3.09 per diluted common share for the year ending December 31, 2009, after considering the effect of the May 11, 2009 closing of the offering of 10,350,000 common shares, which includes 1,350,000 shares issued as a result of the underwriters' exercise of their over-allotment option in full at the closing (assuming such shares are outstanding for the remainder of 2009).
