ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
On May 8, 2009, LaCrosse Footwear, Inc. issued a press release entitled "LACROSSE FOOTWEAR AGREES TO ACQUIRE END FOOTWEAR". Subject to customary closing conditions, through the agreement, LaCrosse Footwear, Inc. will acquire substantially all the assets comprising END's footwear business, including inventory, intellectual property, and other assets for approximately $500,000. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
