On May 6, 2009, the Registrant issued a press release that provided updates on its principal project activities, announced its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2009, as filed on May 6, 2009 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission and the relevant Canadian securities commissions in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q, and announced a conference call with management scheduled for Wednesday, May 13, 2009. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
