On May 7, 2009, Geokinetics Inc., a Delaware corporation, ("Geokinetics" or the "Company") issued a press release announcing its first quarter 2009 results. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
