Item 8.01. Other Events.

On May 7, 2009, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, a division of Wyeth (NYSE: WYE), and Progenics Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: PGNX) announced results from the one-month, double-blind portion of a phase 3 trial evaluating RELISTOR® (methylnaltrexone bromide) subcutaneous injection for the treatment of opioid-induced constipation in patients with chronic, non-cancer pain.

A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and the information contained therein is incorporated by reference into this Item 8.01 of this Current Report on Form 8-K.
