ITEM 8.01. OTHER INFORMATION
Timothy T. M. F. Noble, senior vice president, global sales, of Gartner, Inc.
(the "Company") has submitted his resignation from the Company to take a job
requiring less travel. Upon his departure, he will be succeeded by Diane Julian,
presently a group vice president in the sales organization. Ms. Julian has held
a number of executive sales positions during her 19 years with the Company.
