Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
Camden Property Trust estimates that its Funds From Operations ("FFO"), a widely accepted supplemental measure of REIT performance, will be between $2.96 and $3.19 per diluted common share for the year ending December 31, 2009 after considering the effect of the proposed offering of 7,500,000 common shares announced today.
