(b) On May 2, 2009, Patti S. Hart, a director of LIN TV Corp. ("LIN TV") informed LIN TV that she will resign from the board of directors of LIN TV effective as of May 22, 2009. Following her recent appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer of International Game Technology, Ms. Hart cited a need to reduce her other professional commitments as the reason for her resignation.
