On May 4, 2009, Martin Midstream Partners L.P. (the "Partnership") issued a press release announcing that it has completed the sale of its Mont Belvieu, Texas, natural gas liquids railroad unloading terminal to Enterprise Products Operating LLC, an affiliate of Enterprise Products Partners L.P.
