Officers.
On April 28, 2009, Jesse Casso, Jr. advised the Board of Directors (the "Board")
of Entravision Communications Corporation (the "Company") of his decision not to
stand for reelection to the Board at the Company's 2009 Annual Meeting of
Stockholders. Mr. Casso will continue to serve as a member of the Board for the
remainder of his term until the date of the Company's 2009 Annual Meeting of
Stockholders.
