On April 30, 2009, Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2009, and certain other information. A copy of the Company's press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated by reference.
