On April 30, 2009, Erie Indemnity Company (Company) issued a press release
announcing finanical results for the quarter ended March 31, 2009. A copy of the
press release and financial information is attached hereto and is incorporated
herein by reference as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively.
On May 1, 2009, at 10:00 a.m. the Company will hold a telephone conference call
that will be webcast and that is complimentary to the press release announcing
financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2009.
