Vornado Realty Trust (the "Company") filed a prospectus supplement, dated as of April 22, 2009, relating to the sale of common shares of beneficial interest, par value $0.04 per share, of the Company (the "Common Shares") in an underwritten public offering pursuant to the Company's Registration Statement on Form S-3 ASR (File No. 333-138367) (the "Registration Statement").
