On April 27, 2009, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that it filed a final short form base shelf prospectus with the securities commissions in each province and territory of Canada (other than Quebec) and an amendment to its shelf registration on Form S-3 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1. In accordance with General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, the information set forth herein and in the press release is deemed to be "furnished" and shall not be deemed to be "filed" for purposes of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
