Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or
Standard; Transfer of Listing.
On April 28, 2009, Onvia, Inc. ("Onvia") received a letter from the Nasdaq
Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market approving Onvia's
application to transfer its securities from The Nasdaq Global Market to The
Nasdaq Capital Market. Onvia's securities, which will continue to trade under
the symbol "ONVI," will be transferred to The Nadaq Capital Market at the
opening of business on Thursday, April 30, 2009.
