On April 29, 2009, Electronics For Imaging, Inc. ("EFI" or "Company") announced its preliminary financial results for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2009. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is being furnished under Item 2.02 of this Current Report on Form 8-K.
