On April 29, 2009, we issued a press release announcing that our Board of
Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on both classes of common stock of
$.01 per share. The dividend is payable on June 10, 2009 to shareholders of
record at the close of business on May 10, 2009. A copy of our press release is
attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and hereby incorporated by reference.
