Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 22, 2009, P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release describing selected financial results of the Company for the quarter ended March 29, 2009. Also on April 22, 2009, the Company held its First Quarter Earnings Conference Call. The press release and transcript of the First Quarter Earnings Conference Call are attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2, respectively, and, in addition to this Report on Form 8-K and pursuant to General Instruction B.2 of Form 8-K, are being furnished, not filed, for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. Item 8.01. Other Events.
On April 21, 2009, the Company issued a press release announcing a development and license agreement with M.H. Alshaya, the Middle East's leading retailer, to develop 34 restaurants throughout the Middle East over the next 10 years. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.3 and is incorporated herein by reference.
