On April 28, 2009, CSG Systems International, Inc. ("CSG") issued a press release relating to the results of its operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2009. A copy of such press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and hereby incorporated by reference.

In the attached press release, CSG makes reference to non-GAAP financial information. Non-GAAP financial information is not a measure of performance under GAAP, and therefore should not be considered in isolation or as a substitute for GAAP information. There are limitations with the use of non-GAAP financial measures since they are not based on any comprehensive set of accounting rules or principles. Additionally, the way in which CSG calculates non-GAAP financial measures may differ from the way in which other companies calculate non-GAAP financial measures.
