Officers.
On April 22, 2009, Keith Serzen notified the Chairman of the Board of Directors
of Cambridge Heart, Inc. (the "Company") of his resignation as a member of the
Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Serzen's decision to resign was
personal and not based upon a difference of opinion with the Company or other
members of the Board of Directors.
