On April 27, 2009, Tuesday Morning Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the "Company"), issued a press release announcing net income, earnings per share and final net sales for the third fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2009 and the nine month period ended March 31, 2009. In the press release, the Company also updated its guidance for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2009. The press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
