On April 22, 2009, the Board of Directors of Pizza Inn, Inc. (the "Company")
amended the stock repurchase plan first authorized on May 23, 2007, and
previously amended on June 2, 2008, by increasing the aggregate number of shares
of common stock the Company may repurchase under the plan by 1,000,000 shares to
a total of 3,016,000 shares.
