On April 24, 2009, the Board of Directors of NASB Financial, Inc. (the "Company") declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.225 per share payable on May 29, 2009, to shareholder's of record as of May 8, 2009.

The Registrant's press release dated April 24, 2009, announcing the quarterly cash dividend, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.
