Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
Effective as of April 20, 2009, Eric Ottinger, Senior Vice President, has
broadened his responsibilities to include management of the Wealth Advisory
Group, and has joined the Bank's Management Committee. As part of this change in
responsibilities, James D. Westerfield, Senior Vice President, will continue to
have certain management responsibilities within the Wealth Advisory Group and
will no longer sit on the Bank's Management Committee.
