On April 22, 2009, ENB Financial Corp declared a $0.31 per share second quarter cash dividend payable on June 15, 2009, to shareholders of record on May 15, 2009.

The April 23, 2009, press release announcing the second quarter dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
