Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or
Standard; Transfer of Listing
On April 16, 2009, NASDAQ issued Video Display Corporation a Staff Determination
to Delist Letter stating the Company had not paid its listing fees. A copy of
the release is included as exhibit 99.1 of this form 8-K.
On April 20, 2009, NASDAQ received payment for the outstanding balance of the
listing fees and states the Company has regained compliance.
