On April 23, 2009, Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated (the "Company") issued (1) a press release announcing its earnings for the three-month period ended March 31, 2009, and providing certain additional information, a copy of which is furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1, and (2) a Quarterly Financial Supplement for the quarter ended March 31, 2009, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2. The press release also notes that a conference call will be held on April 24, 2009 to discuss the financial and operating results for the three-month period ended March 31, 2009.
