On April 22, 2009, we issued a press release announcing our first quarter ended March 31, 2009 financial results and a quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per common share. The dividend will be paid on May 20, 2009, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 6, 2009. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
