On March 11, 2009, the Board of Directors of DWS Global Commodities Stock Fund, Inc. (the "Fund") amended the bylaws of the Fund. The Board approved an amendment (the "Amendment") expanding the conditions under which a meeting of shareholders may be adjourned.
