On April 16, 2009, West Bancorporation, Inc. issued a press release with certain preliminary information regarding its results of operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2009. The Company also announced the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend and announced the date it will release earnings for the first quarter of 2009.
