On April 15, 2009, Northwest Natural Gas Company (NW Natural) issued a press release announcing a tariff filing has been made with the Public Utility Commission of Oregon to provide an aggregate $32 million credit to its Oregon customers. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
