On April 14, 2009, Healthcare Services Group, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release (the "Press Release") announcing (i) its earnings for the three month period ended March 31, 2009, (ii) declaration of first quarter 2009 regular quarterly cash dividend, and (iii) the entering into of an asset purchase agreement with Contract Environmental Services, Inc.
