OFFICERS
On April 13, 2009, Paychex, Inc. ("Paychex" or the "Company") announced the
retirement of Walter Turek, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. His
retirement will be effective May 31, 2009. Mr. Turek provided leadership to the
Company for 27 years through key sales and management roles. He joined the
Company in 1981, was promoted to Vice President of Sales in 1989, and achieved
his latest role in 2002.
In addition to his time with Paychex, Mr. Turek serves on the Board of Directors
of BlueTie.com and on the Board of Directors of Greenway Medical Technologies
Corporation.
