On April 8, 2009, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of inTEST Corporation, which is comprised solely of independent directors, uanimously approved a voluntary reduction in the annual base salary of Alyn R. Holt, Executive Chairman, from $175,695 to $24,000 to be effective April 13, 2009.
