On April 9, 2009, PPL Energy Supply, LLC (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it will file a new application with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for a project that would add 125 megawatts of electric generating capacity at the Holtwood hydroelectric plant on the Susquehanna River in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
