On April 1, 2009, the Company completed its previously announced acquisition of Summatis Communications, LLC, a privately-held company that provides communications solutions and integration and maintenance services in the greater Boston, Massachusetts metropolitan area. The purchase price and terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
