Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 1, 2009, Robert A. Hamm notified the Board of Directors of Inhibitex,
Inc. (the "Company") of his resignation as a member of the Board of Directors.
Mr. Hamm's resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company
on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices, or regarding
the general direction of the Company.
