On April 2, 2009, Liberator Medical Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release stating that it has secured approval for a Quick Response Training Grant from Workforce Florida in the amount of $134,000. The Company will use the grant proceeds to train 200 new, permanent, full-time employees it plans to hire during the next 24 months. A copy of this press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
