Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors;
Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective March 1, 2009, Joe R. Davis, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
Consolidated Graphics, Inc. (the "Company"), voluntarily cut his monthly salary
by 15% for an undetermined length of time.
This reduction in salary is consistent with other headcount and salary and wage
reductions being taken throughout the Company due to the current and projected
economic conditions facing the printing industry.
