Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On March 30, 2009, Lennar Corporation (the "Company") issued a press release to announce its results of operations for the first quarter ended February 28, 2009. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

The Company expects to make presentations in which it provides investors additional information about the unconsolidated joint ventures in which the Company was a participant at February 28, 2009.
