Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement
On March 27, 2009, we terminated the Revolving Credit Agreement among us, as Borrower, the Banks party thereto, and HSBC Bank (USA) N.A., as Administrative Agent that we entered into on October 10, 2008. The Credit Agreement was entered into for general working capital purposes and would have expired on April 10, 2009.
