Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

Sara Lee Corporation today announced that it is reviewing strategic options for its International Household & Body Care business after receiving expressions of interest. A copy of the press release issued by Sara Lee is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
