Appointment of Principal Officers.
(b) On March 26, 2009, N. Prasad informed Mylan Inc. (the "Company") that he
will not be seeking re-election to the Board of Directors at the Company's 2009
Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The Company's Board of Directors has reduced the
number of directors constituting the full Board from ten to nine, effective as
of the date of the Annual Meeting.
