On March 26, 2009, StellarOne Corporation issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors approved a reduction in its quarterly common stock cash dividend from $0.16 to $0.04 per share, effective for the dividend payable May 29, 2009, to shareholders of record on May 11, 2009. The text of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference.
