(b) Effective March 23, 2009, the following named executive officers were
elected to new positions within the company. Mr. David T. Seaton, the company's
Group President, Energy & Chemicals, was promoted to Senior Group President,
Energy & Chemicals, Power and Government. Mr. Stephen B. Dobbs, who previously
served as Senior Group President, Industrial & Infrastructure, Government and
Global Services, was named Senior Group President, Industrial & Infrastructure
and Global Services.
