Bonuses for Certain Named Executive Officers
On March 12, 2009, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of
SuperGen, Inc., recommended to the Board of Directors, and the Board of
Directors approved, cash bonus awards for two of SuperGen's named executive
officers as follows:
