(b) On March 16, 2009, Robert S. Falcone and Richard J. Hernandez notified
RadioShack Corporation ("the Company") that they have elected to retire from the
Board of Directors of the Company. Accordingly, neither will stand for
re-election at the Company's 2009 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, and their
respective service on the Board of Directors will terminate immediately prior to
the 2009 Annual Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for May 21, 2009. Mr. Falcone
is a member of the Audit and Compliance Committee. Mr. Hernandez is a member of
the Management Development and Compensation Committee.
